Features: Spacious & Modern: Open-concept living with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Master bedroom features a brand new, luxury King sized bed. The second bedroom features bunk beds with a twin on top and full on the bottom, fitting 3 comfortably. And the couch in the living room pulls out to a Queen bed with new memory foam mattress. Cozy Comforts: Updated interiors, fireplace (can use with heat or without), and a sunroom with accordion windows for seamless indoor-outdoor vibes. Prime Location: Steps from private docks, beaches, and resort amenities. Mariner’s Landing Amenities: Swim in two outdoor pools, an indoor Olympic-sized pool, or the lake’s sandy beach. Play on the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, or sand volleyball. Stay active with a state-of-the-art fitness center, kayaking, and hiking trails. Mariners Landing Resort Amenities You will have full access to the resort amenities and will even receive a special discounted rate for golf. A daily resort fee will be included in fees.
