Conveniently located near I-70, this rental is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business guests, or small families looking for comfort and charm in the heart of Kansas. The condo offers a private queen bedroom with attached bathroom and a full-size air mattress, allowing up to 4 guests to stay comfortably. Enjoy FREE high-speed WiFi and two smart TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—for streaming your favorite shows. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee bar and mini fridge, making mornings and evenings simple and convenient. Step out onto your private balcony to relax, or cozy up in the living room after a day of exploring. Guests can also use the shared backyard with a grill and firepit, plus a community laundry center for longer stays. Please note: this is an upper-level unit and requires one flight of stairs to access. Pet Friendly: One pet under 25 lbs is welcome with prior approval, a daily pet fee, and a signed pet agreement. Properties notes: *This property is an upper level unit and does require that you be able to walk up one flight of stairs to enter. *This is in a private community and quiet hours are from 10pm-8am daily. *Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with an additional $25 per pet per day fee and must be reported and requested at the time of reservation. *This property offer an air mattress for additional sleeping options, request a bedding bag in advance if you plan to use this option. *There is a community laundry center that is shared amongst all units, you are required to bring your own laundry supplies if you plan to use. *The grill is a community grill and is shared by all units, please clean up after yourself.

  Access to the property is seamless and secure. Guests will receive a personal access code via the booking app two hours before check-in, ensuring a smooth arrival. Your unique code will be active for the duration of your stay, allowing for hassle-free entry. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
