In addition, it includes a cozy, open-plan living and dining area, enhanced by a convenient kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and a Smart TV in the living space. The apartment complex further enhances your stay with shared amenities such as an on-site laundry center, a communal grill and fire pit located in a serene backyard setting. We warmly welcome pets on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval and a $25 per day fee per pet. Limit of 2 pets under 25 lbs each. Let our hideaway be your home away from home!
PET POLICY:
-A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $25 per pet applies.
