Our neighborhood is private and quiet, yet close to everything. The locals call it the 'Upper Jackson Village', because it has everything you need: restaurants and pubs, farm stores, horseback riding, and skiing. No need to get in the car! We also have endless walking loops and hiking trails offering stunning views and within walking distance from our home. During winter months, access to XC and alpine ski lifts are just a short walk away. Rivers and ponds for swimming and fishing in the summer. The famous Jackson Falls is a one-mile walk and there are two golf courses with 2 miles. Our property is open and sunny, yet private with no other homes right next door. Views of the Black Mountain, the Doublehead Mountains, and the Giant Steps top off the mountain oasis vibe.
We have tons of parking and 2 driveways
Enjoy cooking and dining outdoors during your stay with us. Our vacation rental features a gas grill, and we provide propane tanks, so you can enjoy a delicious BBQ without any hassle.
You can also gather around the outdoor fireplace, which is perfect for roasting marshmallows or simply enjoying a cozy evening under the stars. While we do our best to provide wood for the outdoor fireplace, we cannot guarantee its availability. We recommend that you bring some firewood with you, especially if you plan to use the fireplace frequently during your stay.

• Quiet hours start at 10 PM, so please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down during the night.

• Check-in time starts at 4 PM and check-out time is before 10 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.

• No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain the peaceful environment for all guests. In case of any damage or mess caused during your stay, penalties may apply.

• If you plan to invite guests, kindly inform us beforehand and ensure they follow the house rules. The renter is fully responsible for their guests, including any injuries or damages caused by them.
