Article 1: Definitions
1.1 Traveller: any person staying as part of a booking.
1.2 Host: owner or manager of the property hosting the travellers.
1.3 Premises: space, accommodation, or property made available for the stay.
Article 2: Maximum Number of Travellers
2.1 The maximum number of travellers allowed to stay on the premises is 4 people, including adults, children, and infants.
2.2 Any additional person is not permitted without the prior consent of the host.
Article 3: Request for Exception
3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a written request to increase the number of travellers may be submitted to the host at least 7 days before the arrival date.
3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or refuse this request depending on the accommodation’s capacity, local regulations, and availability.
Article 4: Respect for the Premises
4.1 Travellers agree to keep the premises clean, tidy, and in good condition throughout their stay.
4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited.
Article 5: Penalties for Non-Compliance
5.1 Failure to comply with the maximum number of travellers or the rules regarding respect for the premises may result in sanctions, including but not limited to:
Financial penalties
Immediate eviction without refund
Legal action
Article 6: Modification of Regulations
6.1 The host reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time. Amendments shall take effect immediately upon communication to the travellers.
Article 7: Acceptance of Regulations
7.1 Booking and staying on the premises implies full acceptance of these regulations by all travellers.
Article 8: Security Deposit
8.1 Deposit Requirement: A security deposit is required from all travellers before entering the premises. It is intended to cover any damage, loss, or breach of the present regulations.
8.2 Amount: The amount of the deposit is set at €300, to be paid no later than 48 hours before arrival.
8.3 Refund Conditions: The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage has been found and all rules have been followed.
8.4 Withholding: In case of damage, loss, or breach, all or part of the deposit may be withheld. A detailed inventory and supporting documents (repair, replacement, etc.) will be provided to the traveller.
8.5 Disputes: In case of disagreement over deductions, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
Article 9: Eco-Responsible Commitment and Energy Management
9.1 Eco-Responsible Principles: Travellers agree to adopt environmentally friendly behaviour during their stay, particularly concerning the use of heating, air conditioning, and energy-consuming appliances.
9.2 Rational Energy Use: Travellers agree to:
Not exceed 20°C in winter and 25°C in summer
Turn off heating/air conditioning when leaving the premises or when windows are open
Use electrical equipment only when necessary and efficiently
9.3 Reducing Energy Footprint: Travellers are encouraged to switch off lights, electronics, and other appliances when not in use.
9.4 Sanctions and Penalties: Failure to comply with these eco-responsible practices may result in financial penalties or other sanctions depending on the level of overconsumption or environmental damage observed.
9.5 Awareness and Information: The host undertakes to provide travellers with all necessary information for the eco-responsible use of the facilities and to promote environmentally conscious behaviour during the stay.
