The property is situated in the charming coastal town of Loano on the Ligurian Riviera in Northern Italy, known for its beautiful sandy beaches, historic centre and mild Mediterranean climate.
The town is roughly halfway between Genoa and the border with France and grew up around its medieval castle (a 12-minute drive away). Today, it enjoys a relaxed but lively coastal atmosphere, with beaches, a promenade, and a marina (a 10-minute walk). From the marina, visitors can take boats on coastal cruises or snorkelling trips.
The closest beach is less than a 10-minute stroll away, and there are several beachfront restaurants and grocery stores less than a 10-minute walk away.
One of Italy’s most beautiful villages, Borgio Verezzi, where guests can explore the Grotte di Borgio Verezzi (colourful caves), is just a 20-minute drive from the apartment. Further afield, guests can find the sandy beaches of Alassio, including Bagni Alfieri and Libera Beach (a 35-minute drive).
