THE STUDIO
It features a queen-size bed with colorful bedding, warm, earth-toned walls, and eclectic artwork that add personality and warmth.
The living area includes a leather loveseat and an accent chair with a sheepskin throw, perfect for relaxing. Side tables and soft lighting from woven lamps create a calm, inviting atmosphere.
KITCHENETTE
Charming kitchenette with everything you need for a simple meal. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Open wooden shelves display beautiful dishware and essentials, adding warmth and personality to the space. There's also a small dining table for two, perfect for morning coffee or a quick bite.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a toilet and a hot water shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels provided.
LAUNDRY
Note: No washer/dryer available.

Street parking spots are easy to find.

➤ Pet Fee: $100 per stay. 🐾 Only 1 (one) pet is allowed.
➤ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: $50 per hour, unless otherwise approved in writing.
➤ Exceeding Occupancy: $50 per additional person, per night.
➤ Additional Cleaning Fee: The property typically requires no more than 3 hours of housekeeping after each stay. If cleaning exceeds this timeframe, an additional $100 per extra hour will be charged.
