Important points you should know: • Our check-in begins at 3:00 pm, as well as our check-out at 11:00 am. If you want to make the Late check out it is necessary to notify at least 3 hours before, making a charge of $450 (mxn). (This as long as we have availability) • Wifi Network: SUITE#01 Password: Heroldhomes01 • 24 hour security cell phone: +52 1 55 6610 2559 • If you get cold, you can find a blanket stored in the closet. • For cooking, you will be able to find the necessary basic accessories, all available in the kitchenette. • In case you have excess garbage, please place it in the container located in the corner of the Roof Garden. (bags tightly closed please) • It is forbidden to wander and be in areas of the building, only access to the main Lobby, 7th floor and Roof Garden (it is a common area) is allowed. • The terrace located on the 8th floor (Roof Garden) is shared with the other guests; the hours of use are from 10 am to 8 pm, so it is not possible to hold meetings or events. • The established quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am (We request to be prudent with the volume of the TV, since most of the guests come to rest or work) • The consumption of illegal substances in the Loft is prohibited. • Smoking is not allowed inside the Loft or the building. • Visiting is not allowed. • It is prohibited to hold parties or gatherings inside the accommodation. • Access is not allowed to people not registered in the reservation. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS. • Cleaning is included once a week for long stays (2 weeks minimum), let us know through the app which day suits you best.
