The corner living room has large windows on two walls and a glass door, leading onto a balcony overlooking the street. The fully-equipped, sleek, modern, kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a Nespresso machine, plus a small breakfast bar.

The apartment is situated in the middle of Lugano, just a 5-minute walk from the lakeside and 8 minutes from the central square, the Piazza della Riforma.
Right on the border of Switzerland and Italy, the city of Lugano is known for its stunning location, rich cultural heritage and excellent restaurants and cafés. The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. MASI (the Museum of Art Of Italian Switzerland) hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. A day trip on the Lago di Lugano, sailing between Switzerland and Italy is a must, as is a walk along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. For something more demanding, there are regular mountain running races throughout the year as part of the Ticino Mountain Running Cup.
The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20 minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 12-minute walk from the apartment.
