We stayed during a softball tournament and other families booked other condos in the same location. All paid same/similar prices. This condo was significantly outdated, under maintained and had less amenities (games, items to use with the facility, etc) as compared to the other condos. This condo also only came with five bath towels and two wash cloths, and when we booked for a full week and it advertises to sleep six, we were doing more laundry than expected on our trip. As far as cleanliness, it was noticeably not well maintained - dirty vents, baseboards, floor rugs that haven’t been washed in ages, dishes that were put away dirty, and bedding that was also dirty upon arrival. We would not book again.
