Thank you for the stay last week and being flexible with us moving our check in day around. We had a great time. I am not sure what kind of feedback you usually get, but I wanted to make you aware of some things in case no one has informed you. In the bathroom to the left in the hall way, the towel rack is loose and fell down a couple of times. We also struggled with hot water in that bathroom. It never seemed to get hot, but lukewarm. Also, the legs on the chairs around the table seemed to be loose, I tightened them as best I could with my fingers, but did not have a wrench with me. I hope that helps. Great communication and worked with us on our check in time. The place is in a great location for things to do in Branson. Easy check out. Would for sure stay here again in the future.
