  The condo suited our needs well enough. When we first arrived we were a little hesitant about the cleanliness, because there was a fair bit of trash around the outside of the building and the parking lot. When we entered the building the floors were dirty with trash and dirt. Upon entering the condo, we found a much cleaner space. The only issues with cleanliness was that the tub was full of hair in one of the bathrooms and in the same bathroom there was a small amount of trash in the trash can. We didn’t feel that it was anything to bother the host over and just cleaned it ourselves. The unit is right next to the pool and was amazingly quiet with no noise from the pool, the only noise was late at night when it sounded like there were children running above us in one of the upstairs units but this didn’t last long and wasn’t that bothersome. It was a nice unit and had plenty of space four our group of five.

  The can opener was broken so we bought a cheap one from the dollar tree. Might want to get a nicer one to replace it because the cheap one doesn’t work well. Lol! Otherwise, I have no feedback. Thanks for sharing your place.

  Place was perfect for our family visiting Branson for a family reunion.

  You might check your cleaning crew there were several Cheerios on the floor in the living room area. They did blend in with the rug but the dog found them easily. Everything else was spotless. Thanks

  Great access on the first floor. Lots of room inside for family of 5. Bonus to be right next to the pool but still very quiet and peaceful.

  Overall, we had a good stay. The host was very responsive and helpful when we brought up a few concerns during our visit, which we really appreciated. We did have some cleaning issues when we arrived, but the host worked with us to help make things right. The place itself was comfortable and served our needs, but it could benefit from a deeper clean and a little maintenance in a few areas. Nothing that ruined our stay, but enough that it’s worth mentioning for future improvement. Overall, we appreciated the communication and effort from the host.

  Everything was perfect. Cleaning crew could have done a little better but understood it was likely due to time since I wanted early check in. It wasn’t filthy, but needed a little dusting and sweeping in certain areas. Ran out of trash bags which wasn’t a big deal. Just a little inconvenient. Overall, we loved the space and had the best time!! Would definitely use it again. Thanks for helping make our trip special!!

  Jennifer’s space was perfect for us! Had a group of four with two dogs. Was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and worked out great!

  Jennifer was very responsive and check in was easy. Loved the location! We were less than 10 mins to everything we wanted to do! Place was clean and environment was beautiful. Definitely would book again!
