Beautiful apartment in authentic Valencian house.

The apartment is quiet and in a safe area of Cabanyal district, just a few minutes walk to the beach. It's located on the first floor, without elevator.

In the direct area you can find some great restaurants and bars. As well as supermarkets and Mercat Cabanyal (the fresh market of Cabanyal district).

So you want to enjoy good food & drinks in a great area of Valencia? Then book our beautiful apartment and we welcome you soon.

We decorated the apartment with detail, to give it a cozy feeling. Besides this the apartment get a lot of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms accommodating up to 6 persons. Next to this the sofa in the living room can be turned easily into a double bed.

During your stay we are available by phone/WhatsApp to help with any problems, as well as for tips and suggestions.

Cabanyal is one of the neighbourhoods in Valencia that lies directly on the sea, near the main beach of Valencia, La Malvarrosa. This district is an old fishing district and is full of authentic fishermen's houses. This district has been Cultural Heritage since 1993.

Parking is possible in the street. There is a bike rental services nearby, and in the street there is a bus stop to the city centre.

We live in a neighbourhood with other full time residents and therefore are not a suitable choice for parties or events. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 9am.
