Properties notes: *This property is an upper level unit and does require that you be able to walk up one flight of stairs to enter. *This is in a private community and quiet hours are from 10pm-8am daily. *Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with an additional $20 per pet per day fee and must be reported and requested at the time of reservation. *This property offer fold down couch option for sleeping, request a bedding bag in advance if you plan to use this option. *There is a community laundry center that is shared amongst all units, you are required to bring your own laundry supplies if you plan to use. *The grill is a community grill and is shared by all units, please clean up after yourself.
