Wireless internet password is in the book. Kayak & canoes may be used ONLY when wearing life jackets . They are not part of the rental expense, we will loan them as a courtesy only, please be respectful and leave them the way you found them

The best thing about this house is, that although it is not very far from all the amenities we are used to, it offers an atmosphere where you can get away from the stressful life most of us live. Many times we have come here with the intentions of doing something or going somewhere and have decided to just stay put and enjoy our home. It's a place where you can get lost in yourself, it is quiet, peaceful, rain or shine it always seems to be a place to go and reconnect with yourself and your family.
Sorry no public transportation but taxi's are available from Fryeburg and North Conway. Courtesy vehicle may be available for those who may fly into fryeburg airport (KIZG) from Brice and Christine.
Rental cost is calculated by the amount of people with Airbnb, more than 4 guests including children over 1 year of age are charged an additional $35 per night. The capacity of the house is for six and it is absolutely not to be used for parties. Additional guests many be considered if approved by owner. Firewood is available for $45 for the outside fire pit and $75 ( wood and cleaning ) for use of the inside fireplace. It is paid in cash and supplied upon request. I do not allow guests to bring there own firewood and it is a Maine state law to not allow firewood from other states to be brought to Maine.
