Above de Cala Torta, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 30 ha with wildlife garden, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine. Motor access (1.5 km via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 20 km, sandy beach "Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana" 3 km pebble beach "Cala Estreta" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 8 km, riding stable 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Object suitable for 10 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
