Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the space fresh and allergen-free for everyone. ☆ Hot Tub The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you! ☆ Pool Heater The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. ☆ Guest Access As a guest at Casa Camacho, you’ll have private access to the entire home and all amenities, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience. From the well-appointed living spaces to the outdoor pool and hot tub, every part of this Queen Creek retreat is yours to enjoy. You will also have full access to the attached 2-car garage, perfect for parking or storing bikes and gear. Please note: there is a second detached garage on the property that is not accessible to guests—this space contains owner belongings and is not connected to the house. Additionally, the master bedroom includes a locked closet used to store owner items. This closet is not available for guest use. ☆ Contactless Check-In & Access Code For your convenience and peace of mind, we offer a fully contactless check-in process.     House Rules • Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests, exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • No pets allowed • Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways. • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. • BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only. • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations.
