Two furnished covered porches overlook Canandaigua Lake, providing comfortable spaces for coffee, meals, or evening drinks. Beneath mature trees, a flagstone patio features a stone fire pit, while the expansive grounds include a ravine, seasonal stream, and fenced side yard for dogs.
A commercial-size gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Propane tanks are provided, but fuel levels are not monitored or guaranteed; guests are responsible for refilling when needed.

Pet Policy
Up to two dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Approval is required for more than two dogs. Owners must immediately collect and properly dispose of all pet waste; failure to comply may result in a $100 fee.

Quiet hours and local regulations must be observed. Parties, large gatherings, and unregistered guests are prohibited. Outdoor fires must remain attended, and fireworks are not permitted. RVs, tents, and temporary shelters are not allowed.
