The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, extra closet space and sliding doors for direct access to the lanai. There is an attached master bath with a single vanity sink and oversized walk-in shower.

The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a closet, and a flat screen TV.

This backyard is the ultimate space for entertainment. Under the screened lanai you will find a heated pool and a life size Connect Four. There is an outdoor patio set that seats four for an evening of poolside fun as well as an outdoor dining table that seats six, and a gas grill.
Electric Usage Policy:
The home includes $6 per day in electricity usage. Any usage above this amount will be charged at $2.53 per kWh and deducted from the security deposit or charged through Airbnb after checkout. The property is equipped with a digital meter that is read at check-in and check-out.
Neighborhood Description
This home is just minutes from anything you could want including shopping, dining, parks, beaches and more. Sun Splash Water Park and Fast-trax as well as Yacht Club beach are a short 20 minute drive. Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve trails are also just 10 minutes away. If you want to venture out to Sanibel beach, it is only about 40 minutes from this house. This is the perfect spot for sunsets, shell hunting as well as many local eateries.
