The property is located in Acone, a small village nestled in the Mugello hills, in the northern part of the province of Florence. The beautiful city of Florence is a 45-minute drive away (and it takes about the same time to get from the nearest station, La Rufina, to Florence's Santa Maria Novella station by train), while Barberino di Mugello is about an hour's drive away. Here visitors will find the famous Designer Outlet Mall. About 35 minutes away by car is the shopping centre “The Mall,” a paradise for fashion lovers. Acone also has a municipal swimming pool, located about 100 meters from the house.
The charming Tuscan village of Borgo San Lorenzo is about a 45-minute drive away, and for wine lovers, Greve in Chianti is just over an hour's drive away, in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region. Here, guests can visit the most famous wineries and enjoy incredible landscapes.
