Extra Charges
If necessary, costs for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot. Electricity is to be paid on the spot also based on consumption at € 0,45 kw/h.
A town tax is also to be paid on the spot at € 1.50 /pax/ day up to 10 days (guests below the age of 12 years are exempt).
A Refundable Security Deposit of €200 must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

Syracuse is about 1 hour and 15 minutes and the nearest airport is in Catania, approximately a 1-hour 30-minute drive from this detached holiday home in Scicli!
