Please note that by renting this property, you will be requested to send the entire list of guests per apartment.
The base level will be soon a well renown Bakery that everyone will love to have breakfast at, in the meantime, there is construction workers in the premises and temporary noise. Please note this is beyond our control until they're ready to open for business!
Access
During your stay you would have access to the entire building including
1 Penthouse with Private terrace, capacity for 2 people. VIP Room. 4 two Bedroom apartments with capacity for 4 people each, 4 Apartastudios with Full bed, ideal for solo travelers or couples.
There is a lovely Rooftop in the 3rd Floor. For the use of the rooftop to make it a refreshing getaway place for your use.
Transit
Entering Casco Viejo:
As you enter Casco Viejo, you'll likely be coming in from Avenida Central or the Cinta Costera.
Continue on Avenida A:
From the entrance, continue straight on Avenida Central until you reach the intersection with Avenida A.
Turn left onto Avenida A and continue straight.
Turn onto Calle 3a Este:
Continue on Avenida A until you reach Calle 3a Este.
Turn right onto Calle 3a Este.
Continue on Calle 3a Este for a short distance. Arco Chato will be on your left. you may also take as reference Athens Pizza which is located in the Yellow building Next To Casa Lourdes- Casa Lourdes is a White Building with Black iron balconies and here is located your accomodation.
Parking Options in Casco Viejo
Parking can be challenging due to narrow streets and limited spaces. Here are some options
Estacionamiento Multi-level Casco Viejo: Casco Parking is located on Avenida A near the entrance to Casco Viejo. It offers secure, multi-level parking and its about 7 min walking from the building.
Street parking is available but limited. Look for designated parking spaces and be prepared to walk a bit. Make sure to follow local parking regulations to avoid fines.
Neighborhood
Casco Antiguo, also known as Casco Viejo, or the ‘old quarter,” is Panama City’s historic district. Considered a UNESCO Cultural World Heritage Site, the district dates back to 1673, and features vibrant plazas and picturesque brick-paved streets surrounded by colorful buildings. The area is ideal for walking, discovering history and enjoying a variety of fine cuisine. Come for some of the city’s best gastronomy, culture and photo ops, and stay to mingle with the locals in the heart of the nightlife scene.
Start your visit with a lively walk through the neighborhood. You’ll encounter some religious history at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Panama City located in the main square, Plaza Mayor, as well as the Church of San Jose, famous for its amazing golden altar. As you walk, make sure to stop at Plaza de Francia The plaza is also home to Las Bóvedas, a monument that was once used as a defense against pirate attacks.
Casco Antiguo is also home to several of the city’s top museums, including the Museo del Canal (The Canal Museum), and the Museo de la Mola, featuring the traditional textile art made by the Guna indigenous group. You’ll also find the iconic stone archway at Arco Chato, which is the remains of a church built by Dominican friars, and a beautiful photo opportunity.
Next, be sure to visit the Panama National Theater to see the stunning ceiling frescoes painted by Robert Lewis. On your walk, you’ll also get the chance to do some shopping, with opportunities to buy local crafts and visit high-end boutiques.
When you get hungry, you’re in luck. Casco Viejo is home to the heart of the gastronomy scene in Panama City. You’ll be met with the smells of grilled seafood wafting through its historic streets, and you’ll get to try some of Panama’s best dishes, as well as cuisine from all over the world made by premiere chefs. After dinner, check out the nightlife scene, or take in the sunset with views of the capital from one of the amazing rooftop bars overlooking the city.

Please note we do not have a receptionist on site, therefore we need to know in advance your approximate time of arrival. Check ins are limited until 10:00 pm. Please note we require the official list for all guests
To ensure a smooth start to your visit, we provide a complimentary set of toiletries upon your arrival for all apartments. This includes essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. However, please note that these initial supplies are meant to get you started, and once they are depleted, we kindly ask our guests to purchase their own toiletries for the remainder of their stay.
Just a friendly reminder that our daily pet fee is $40 per furry companion per apartment to ensure a paw-sitively great experience for everyone, it includes a bed, 2 bowls, an hygenic pad and a bag of treats for being the best company! Thanks for being a responsible pet parent! 🐾🏡
