The Palazzo Farnese, one of the most important Renaissance residences in Italy, is undoubtedly the beating heart of Caprarola. Inside you can admire frescoes and decorations, such as the Sala dei Fasti Farnesiani and the Sala del Mappamondo, which tell the story of one of the most powerful and influential families of the Italian Renaissance, the Farnese family.
