The apartment is organised as follows:
- The UPPER level is entirely occupied by the LIVING ROOM, with a KITCHENETT and dining table with direct access to the garden.
- The KITCHEN is equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
- The LIVING ROOM features a dining table for 4 people, a sofa, an armchair and a smart TV.
An internal staircase leads to the lower level consisting of:
- BEDROOM 1: with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and direct access to the garden.
- BEDROOM 2: with two single beds, dressing table, armchair, vaulted brick ceiling and direct access to the garden.
- BATHROOM: with bathtub/shower combination, toilet, sink and bidet.
- GARDEN: one private section with a dining area and another shared section with deck chairs and pool.
- SWIMMING POOL: 8x4mt, 1.5mt depth. Shared with another apartment.
