    They have made the garage into a studio apt. We could hear the guests talking/fighting. The best thing about the place is the location to the Keys/Everglades. Hot water tank went out and we were without hot water for 1/2 our stay. Would probably not stay there again due to the hassle of trying to deal with the water issue/communication with the Host.

    We enjoyed are stay at this unit in Florida city. We were able to cover both Key West and Miami. Clean, new Unit.
