Your apartment has digital door locks so that you can check in on your own. Meeting you there in person won't be necessary, but we will be available 24/7. If you need anything at all, just send us a quick message.

●This is a historic property, so that that sound can travel a bit easier than a new building. Please be mindful of your noise level (especially after 10 pm) not to disturb the long-term residents next door.
●Please note that bringing more than the maximum number of guests allowed is not permitted.
●Pets are allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few
additional rules:
- Please note that a $65 Pet fee will be applied.
- We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
- No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds
- Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
- Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
●Please note the driveway accessed from the front is very narrow, and a truck WILL NOT fit, but there is rear access via the alleyway.
●Options for parking:
- A smaller vehicle will fit down the driveway and to your designated behind the building labeled #5
- There is free street parking without restrictions in front of the building
- You can also access the rear parking from an alleyway that leads to S Cleveland St and is wider, allowing for a truck (the alley is not always maintained, though)
