Welcome to this very charming 2 bedroom home near downtown. This home 1 mile from the convention center sits in a quiet neighborhood with a huge fenced back yard oasis with a covered deck that has a table and a grill. If old world charm mixed with modern amenities close to all the activities and restaurants that downtown Fort Smith has to offer is what you are looking for then this is the place for you.
The eat in kitchen with a huge center island is fully stocked to be able to make nice meals. The giant master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. both bedrooms have a tv. The home has original continuous hardwood floors throughout the main living area. There is also a work station set up toward the back of the house.

    Kam sent me a bad contract after I already clicked payment, with no prior disclosure of the contract within his listing/house rules. I could’ve been made to pay twice for the same thing according to the poorly written contract, which was not even filled out properly.

    Close to downtown and easy to get places from. Quiet neighborhood and the house was exactly as listed. Fully equipped kitchen for those staying several days who like to cook. Nice place and no complaints at all.
