This was our first Airbnb experience, and we couldn't have been happier with it. We stayed here for several weeks, with a brief pause, while renovations were under way in our house, which is just a few kilometres away.
The house came as advertised, and we had everything we needed. It was clean and cheerfully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the deck quite pleasant when it wasn't too hot out. The neighborhood is pleasant, too.
The hosts were most accommodating and helpful. When we arrived the first time, we had trouble figuring out the keypad for the door, and Luis was here within a few minutes to show us how it worked. Another time, the wifi stopped working and the router had to be replaced, which was done as quickly as possible with a minimum of inconvenience for us.
Our only regret is that we now have to leave, as the house has served as a home away from home while we've been here. Our second stay ends tomorrow.
