Help us keep the floors clean and damage-free. No food or drinks in the bedrooms. This helps us prevent spills and stains on duvets and linens. Treat the space as if it were your own. Accidental damage should be reported right away. 🧼 Cleaning & Damages We expect normal wear and tear, but excessive mess or disregard for cleanliness may result in an additional cleaning fee of $150 or more. 🚭 Smoking, Vaping & Fire Safety This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, including e-cigarettes and cannabis. No open flames (candles, incense, etc.) are permitted inside the home. Violations may result in a cleaning/deodorizing fee from $200 to $1,000. 🐾 Pets Hoping to travel with pets? Please ask! 👥 Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please let us know if you are planning to have daytime visits/guests. Unauthorized guests may incur an additional guest fee and/or early termination of the stay. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times. 🎉 Parties & Events Absolutely no parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval. Violations may result in a minimum $500 fee for extra cleaning, guest management, and rule enforcement. 🔇 Noise & Neighbors This is a quiet residential area — please respect the city noise bylaw: No excessive noise after 10:00 PM or before 7:00 AM. Noise complaints or bylaw violations may result in fines passed on to the guest. 🕒 Check-Out & Late Checkout Standard checkout time applies unless approved in advance. Late checkout may be accommodated depending on availability — just ask us ahead of time! 🔐 Safety & Security Lock all doors and windows when you leave Security cameras are installed outside the home for your safety. Please ensure windows are closed when not in use to avoid water damage during rainfall. ⚠️ Final Note We reserve the right to access the property or send a local representative if any issues arise.
