Enjoy a relaxing stay in this charming apartment just a stone's throw from the beach.

The house has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a delicious Spanish wine. The apartment has a spacious living and dining room with access to the lovely terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a meal.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are single (one bed and one sofa bed). There is also an additional bathroom.

Cabanyal is one of the neighbourhoods in Valencia that is located right by the sea, close to the main beach of Valencia, La Malvarrosa. This neighbourhood is an old fishing neighbourhood and is full of authentic fishermen's houses. Since 1993, this neighbourhood has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest. Tram and bus stops within a few minutes walk.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical house in the El Cabanyal area.
