The balcony faces East and gives a view of the high mountains.The bus stop for the Postbus Zernez - Mals and for the sport bus which goes to the skiing slope stops 50 m from the house. In Tschierv you can find a small super market which also sells all products from the Val Muestair valley, a petrol station and the tourist office for the Val Muestair.
