• Rules

  – No smoking inside the home. A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors. – No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect neighbors. – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Guest count must be accurate. Unauthorized guests or unapproved overnight visitors may result in additional charges or immediate removal from the property without refund. – No pets unless approved in advance. A $150 fee will apply for unauthorized pets. – Treat the home with care. Keep the space clean, do not move or remove furniture or décor, and report any damages promptly. – Trash must be disposed of properly in the designated bins. – Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in fees unless approved ahead of time. – Smart TVs are available for guest use. Please log out of your streaming accounts before departure. Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties, cancellation of your reservation, and/or removal without refund.

• Access

  Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with a secure smart lock. Free parking is available in the driveway, with additional street parking if needed. There are no shared spaces—everything in the home is yours to use and enjoy during your stay.

  Our home is conveniently located near public transportation options, including the Tidwell Transit Center, which connects to Houston’s METRO local bus system. These routes provide easy access to downtown, shopping centers, and other major attractions across the city. For those using a car, the home is just minutes from major highways, making driving to IAH Airport, the Medical Center, and central Houston fast and simple. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area, offering another convenient way to get around without the need for a rental car. Whether you're commuting for work or exploring the city, this location provides flexible and accessible transit options to suit your needs.

• Neighborhood

  Located in a quiet residential area of North Houston, the neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to the action. You'll enjoy quick access to major highways, making it easy to reach downtown Houston, the Medical Center, and IAH Airport. Nearby, you’ll find local dining spots, grocery stores, parks, and convenience stores. It’s a great central location for both short-term visits and extended stays.
