The Space
Crown Heights Retreat offers more than 2,200 square feet of comfortable living space across two levels, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The professionally designed interior brings together rich finishes, modern furnishings, warm textures, and distinctive details that give the home a refined yet relaxed feel.
The main floor is designed for connection, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen flowing together in one spacious setting. The kitchen is a standout feature, with rich green cabinetry, a large island, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, farmhouse-style sink, and plenty of room for meal prep or casual dining. Pull up a seat at the island while dinner comes together, gather around the dining table, or settle into the living room beside the gas fireplace.
Sleeping Arrangements
The home accommodates up to 9 guests and includes two king bedrooms, including a spacious upstairs primary suite with a walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom.
Another upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bed, while the fourth bedroom offers an additional queen bed. Upstairs, guests will also find a second lounge area with two comfortable chairs that convert into twin-size sleeping spaces, along with extra mattress pads stored in the primary bedroom closet.
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms give groups plenty of room to spread out. The primary ensuite offers double vanities, a large soaking tub, separate glass-tiled shower, and private toilet room. Additional bathrooms include a tiled walk-in shower and a tub/shower combination.
Outdoor Living
As summer winds down and cooler evenings begin, the private backyard becomes one of the best places to gather at Crown Heights Retreat. Settle into the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, relax beneath the covered pergola, or fire up the full-size propane grill for an easy outdoor dinner.
The backyard also includes comfortable lounge seating and cornhole for a little friendly competition. Sliding doors connect the outdoor area directly to the main living spaces, making it easy for everyone to move between the kitchen, patio, and fire pit.

Guests have access to central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, keyless entry, and parking for up to four vehicles, including one garage space.
