  -3 bed, 3 bath, ideal home-away-from-home for family or remote work -Home gym, fully functioning home office with printer, perfect for remote work, as well as a desk in the finished basement for additional workspace. ***To use the Peloton Bike, guests simply need to sign in with their own Peloton account. The bike is fully functional—you’ll just log in with your personal credentials to get started. -Spacious backyard along with nearby walking trails like Luce Line State Park -Quick 5-minute drive to Lake Minnetonka and downtown of Wayzata for lakefront views, top restaurants, and shopping -Open floor plan, perfect for entertaining guests or creative activations Pets: We’re pet-friendly! Up to two pets are welcome per stay, with a $150 fee per pet. 🐾 Service Dog Policy At Roxy Rentals, we’re happy to host guests traveling with service dogs — they’re part of the experience too! If you’ll be bringing a service animal, please send us your documentation in advance. Once verified, there’s no pet fee for service dogs, as required by law. For the Chic Retreat with Home Office and Gym, we’re pleased to welcome up to two pets during your stay. Cats can be considered upon request. Anything more than two pets can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Because the property is not fenced, we kindly ask that pets be supervised when outside to ensure their safety and comfort. Under local ordinances, service dogs may not be left alone in the home at any time — this helps ensure their wellbeing and keeps our space in excellent condition for future guests. Thank you for your understanding — we’re delighted to welcome you (and your four-legged companions!) to your Roxy stay. Refunds: All refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee. Guest Verification: For direct bookings and reservations made through VRBO: You will be required to complete our guest verification process and damage waiver through Truvi. For Airbnb bookings: You will be required to complete our pre-arrival form and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in.

• Access

  Unique code will be sent to you day of your arrival; this code is active on day of arrival and will deactivate day of departure. We have a large driveway as well as street parking to accommodate vehicles.

• Transit

  Located just 5 minutes from downtown Wayzata and 15 minutes from Minneapolis, we are centrally located. Whether taking a nature walk in our trails on the dead end or a run on Luce Line, you'll be ready for a hearty dinner at any of the downtown Wayzata offerings. No car? Not to worry as Ubers and Lyfts pickup within 5 minutes of scheduling.

• Neighborhood

  Plymouth is a walkable neighborhood with a nature path right at the end of our block which we recommend especially if you with any pet friends. Also, our favorite place for breakfast, The Pancake House is a must and just a 2 minute trip!

  This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home combines comfort, functionality, & a touch of luxury. Featuring a dedicated home office for those working remotely, a gym with Peleton bike, & a spacious outdoor patio with a fire pit, it’s thoughtfully designed for both productivity & relaxation. You’ll find everything you need for a seamless home-away-from-home experience, including a large driveway that accommodates multiple vehicles. Conveniently located near Lunds & Byerlys and just a 5-mins drive from downtown Wayzata, you’ll enjoy easy access to Lake Minnetonka’s vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment scene. Please note: the property is not fenced in.
