Management: Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.
Parking: “City Lights & Rooftop Nights” is located on a small cul-de-sac, where street access and turning can be tight. We offer garage parking, but the space is best suited for compact vehicles. If you're driving a midsize or larger car, we recommend using nearby overnight street parking for a smoother, stress-free experience.
Layout Reminder: This is a 3-story townhome. Please note that bathrooms are located on the upper and lower levels, and not on the main living/kitchen floor.
Rooftop Access: The rooftop is accessed via an attic staircase from the master bathroom. While it's a great feature, those with mobility concerns may find the access challenging.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Important information

House Rules • Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 4 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog • Please park only in designated spots and be mindful of street signs to avoid overnight parking fines. • BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only. • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund. • Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. • Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
