About this property

This quaint home located within historic Harbortown District is a short walk to all you’ll really need in Vermilion. It is located on the strip of all our small town shops and restaurants.
It is also centrally located with being a short 20 minute to Cedar Point Amusement Park, Sports Force Parks and Cedar Point Sports Center. Then a 20 minute drive to Oberlin College and 45 minute drive to downtown Cleveland.
Use the beach towels and cooler provided to have a fun filled day at the newly renovated Main Street Beach, which is a short 5 minute walk from the house. Or take a 5 minute drive to the, also, newly renovated Sherrod Park. There is plenty to do at the new playground, pavilion, walking path and beach.
Though we do not provide a dedicated workspace, we do have a separate dining area from the kitchen and an enclosed front porch with a great view to Main St.
We provide a fully stocked kitchen should you choose to stay in and cook as well as a coffee bar providing a coffee pot with both a 12 cup brew and single serve options.
Each of the bedrooms provide a queen bed. And the spacious living room provides a sleeper sofa and a smart tv.
You will have access to the main floor of the house.
We are easily accessible by cell phone
Though we are close to downtown, we do not have the capacity for any size boat. We have a shared drive with plenty of parking for vehicles but if you are in town for boating purposes, you’ll need to plan arrangements at one of our local marinas.
Vermilion offers many relaxing options to take advantage of. Depending on if you prefer land or sea choose from renting jet skis or a kayak to chartering a boat or golfing at a couple of our hometown businesses. We also have great local wineries that provide special events throughout the year.
When you're done enjoying the downtown life, wind down in our spacious backyard with plenty of seating and a firepit.
