➤ Essentials: A starter supply of kitchen and bathroom basics is provided. Guests are responsible for restocking disposables and any additional items needed during their stay.
IMPORTANT
➤ Pets: Dogs are welcome with an $80 pet fee per stay (maximum 2 dogs under 40 lbs; pre-approval required for larger dogs). No cats or aggressive breeds. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate them if left alone.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
