This apartment is part of a 2-units duplex. This unit faces the backyard (not the street) and it is adjacent to the other unit with which it shares a wall. The backyard is not fenced to the street, and it is not divided between the 2 properties. However, each property has its own backyard sitting area and its own grill. Each sitting area is not visible from each other as they are both located at the far end of an "L" shaped backyard. The outdoor sitting area shown on the pictures is for your own use.
The laundry room is shared with the next door property and it is a stand alone-separate room located next to the car porch. Access to it is with a code provided to you.

This is a residential and very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is a 5 min walk to Bryant Park for a walk alongside the Inter Coastal, or a 10 min bicycle ride to the beach crossing the bridge to Lake Worth Pier and Casino with all its restaurants. The beautiful Historic Downtown Lake Worth with Starbucks and lots of restaurants is only 0.5 miles away.
