  This is my second stay in #11, and I really enjoy its comfortable living room furniture and beds.It is extremely clean with new kitchen appliances and two tables, one in the kitchen and one in the living area. Perhaps the best feature of this house is the wonderful back deck with a lovely view of the lake and fountains of the golf course, visible from the living room and master bedroom.

  We walked in and the first thing we noticed was that it was very hot, the air had not ran at all, and was set on 86 degrees. The other thing we immediately noticed was the smell, damp, musty, off-putting, the entire condo smelled that way the whole time we were there. It possibly has to do with it being too humid of a climate to not cycle the AC in summer so it causes moisture to build up. It took until late into the night to cool it off as the AC had to run a while. We noticed personal items from previous visitors were left in the bathrooms that we felt would have been seen and removed if someone cleaned, such as toothbrushes and soap bars. There were visible crumbs still on table placemats. I hate to not give that 5 star review, but this is the true assessment.

  We love this place - so much so, we always try to book it if it's available. We've stayed here 4 or 5 times. Is it the most updated condo? No. Is it close to restaurants and stores? No. What this condo has is a beautiful location that is quiet and peaceful. It's always clean, always easy to get in to, and we love it. To be honest, we love it so much, we've reached out to the owner twice to see if they'd ever sell it so we could retire in it! That's how much we love it, and you will too!

  Home is worth the price. However, whoever is cleaning the place up needs to learn a few things. The comment was made that the host would give bare necessity for supplies, which was evident in the mangled dish rag, the baggie of unlabeled coffee, and the dust inside the dresser drawers. The main TV is only cable with most channels not subscribed to. Bedrooms have streaming services but the bed was so uncomfortable we weren't laying in it to watch TV. We loved the frozen ice packs which we used daily (THANK YOU). The place has potential and fairly priced, just a long drive away from everything. Could use some updating and better mattresses. Maybe the linens would be in better shape if you didn't ask the guests to start a load, when apparently some people don't know how to wash. It was very peaceful and quiet, kinda like grandma's.

  My sister and I rented this unit while visiting our 97 year old mother, who resides at Belvedere Nursing & rehab. While the unit is not listed as handicapped accessible, Mom had no problems entering the unit for daytime visits. We loved the view of the golf course and lake from both the deck and inside. The unit was very nicely furnished and comfortable. We will definitely keep it on our list for future visits
