We want you to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant stay. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below: ✅ DOs Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM (Self check-in with smart lock). Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Respect Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – Let’s keep it peaceful for everyone. Keep it clean: Please treat the unit as you would your own home. Use the dumpster located on the side of Building Turtle (Building 1) for your trash during your stay and before check-out. Use the space responsibly: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight (Max. 2 guests). *Parking* Parking is available upon request at $100 per month. Note: Guests who pay for parking must also provide a $20 refundable cash deposit for a parking tag. This tag must be clearly visible on the dashboard of the vehicle at all times while parked. Vehicles without a visible tag are subject to towing at the owner's expense. ❌ DON’Ts No Smoking inside the units or in shared areas. No Pets allowed – even small ones. No Parties or Events – Let’s keep it quiet and respectful. No Commercial Photography or Filming.
