This bright apartment on the fourth floor (with lift) offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The open-plan layout includes a cosy living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, complete with a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning during the warmer days. El Cabanyal is a charming, authentic neighbourhood known for its colourful houses, traditional atmosphere and proximity to Las Arenas beach. Explore the local market, enjoy delicious paella in one of the many restaurants, or take a leisurely stroll along the coastline. The neighbourhood is well connected by public transport, making it easy to reach the centre of Valencia. This apartment is available for a minimum stay of 11 nights. Although we do not have a tourist licence, we do have an NRA number. This means you can enjoy a longer, more residential stay in an authentic Valencian setting.
