The apartment is nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, in the village of Verrand within the Courmayeur municipality in northwestern Italy. The Courmayeur Mont Blanc cable car is a 5-minute drive / 20-minute walk away. The ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts, the resort offers a wide range of slopes suitable for all levels. Courmayeur is famous for its off-piste opportunities, particularly in the Vallée Blanche.
In the summer, the area is a haven for hikers, bikers and mountaineers with trails ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs and several mountain biking trails. Visitors will also find the scenic Golf Club Courmayeur et Grandes Jorasses a 17-minute drive away and the thermal baths in Pré-Saint-Didier (a 9-minute drive) offer a relaxing experience with scenic alpine views.
