• Access

  The entire home is for your use including the porch with rockers, deck w/grill and yard w/firepit, horse shoes, picnic table. But the best is walk right out into the state park on the water OR use the waterfront beach for cottages, walking a short distance.

• Transit

  A car is necessary to visit this rural location. Driveway space is limited so ridesharing/carpooling with friends or family is advised. The driveway can hold 2-3 max. Boat trailers are possible here, but please let us know ahead.

• Neighborhood

  Rural and lovely these cottages area tucked into a quiet little cove on Lake Ontario. Peaceful and rural we are blessed to be surrounded by parkland of Beachwood State Park. The main industry is fruit farming and farm markets dot the country roads. Beautiful and natural surroundings yet a short drive to Sodus Point NY a small port resort township. Easy to enjoy Sodus Points Sandy public beach, lighthouse museum, marinas for boat rental/or rides, and restaurants on the water.
