CERTIFIED SERVICE animals (not emotional support pets) may be allowed on a case by case basis. ONE service animal allowed only per group. YARD clean up is required by guests prior to checking out. Any clean up required by staff will be taken out of deposit at $100 per item removed. There is a $1000 refundable pet deposit upon acceptance. At NO TIME is service animal to be left alone at the cabin or within the property boundaries. Doing so will cost owner $500 of the security deposit.
