Guests have access to most of the home except for three locked interior closets and the outdoor detached garage. An air mattress is also provided in the home, but it is only recommended for children. SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking or vaping, either inside or outside, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to vaping, tobacco, and marijuana. No drugs are allowed on the premises; if found, they will be reported. The fireplace in the living room is not to be used by guests. Please adjust the thermostat to a comfortable setting to heat the home. This is a smoke-free home. If smoking occurs on the property, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged. PETS: No animals are allowed on the premises without prior approval. Dogs with a history of aggression towards people or other animals are not permitted on the property. If the dog(s) have a bite history, it is not allowed on the property. By bringing a dog, you are confirming that 1) you have listed it on the reservation and 2) the dog is not aggressive and does not have a bite history. NOISE: This is a residential neighborhood located on a quiet road. Local ordinances must be followed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. PARTIES: No parties or large gatherings of any kind are permitted. GUESTS: Only the number of guests designated on the reservation is allowed on-premise.
