Rules
1. No Smoking Indoors
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Feel free to smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly and safely.
2. No Parties or Events
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood and we kindly ask that you respect our home and community by not hosting any parties or large gatherings. Unapproved events may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
3. Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7 AM)
To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, both inside the home and outdoors.
4. Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. If you wish to invite someone over, please send us a message first—this helps ensure safety and transparency for everyone.
5. Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior approval! We love furry companions, but ask that you clean up after them (indoors and outdoors), avoid allowing them on furniture, and ensure they’re well-behaved. A small pet fee may apply.
6. Cleanliness & Trash Disposal
Please keep the home tidy and dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins located [outside/behind the property]. We appreciate your help in keeping the space clean for future guests.
7. No Rearranging Furniture
To preserve the layout and avoid damage, we kindly ask that you do not move furniture during your stay.
8. Damage & Repairs
We understand accidents happen. Please let us know immediately if anything breaks, leaks, or stops working so we can resolve it quickly. We want everything to be perfect for you—and our next guests.
9. Safety First
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the house. For longer stays, you may receive reminders to take out trash or check in regarding any minor maintenance.
10. Check-out is by 11:00 AM
Late check-outs may affect our cleaning schedule. If you need extra time, please reach out in advance and we’ll try to accommodate when possible.
Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry area, and private backyard. You’ll also have exclusive use of the two-car garage and driveway for parking. The property is located in a gated community; access details and entry codes will be provided prior to check-in. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay—no shared spaces.
