Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7 AM) To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, both inside the home and outdoors. 4. Registered Guests Only Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. If you wish to invite someone over, please send us a message first—this helps ensure safety and transparency for everyone. 5. Pet Policy Pets are welcome with prior approval! We love furry companions, but ask that you clean up after them (indoors and outdoors), avoid allowing them on furniture, and ensure they’re well-behaved. A small pet fee may apply. 6. Cleanliness & Trash Disposal Please keep the home tidy and dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins located [outside/behind the property]. We appreciate your help in keeping the space clean for future guests. 7. No Rearranging Furniture To preserve the layout and avoid damage, we kindly ask that you do not move furniture during your stay. 8. Damage & Repairs We understand accidents happen.
