Grand Living Spaces
Upon entering, you're welcomed into a grand entrance hall that leads to a variety of spaces designed for entertainment. To the right, the restored ballroom provides a magnificent setting for hosting parties and soirées. On the left, the peaceful library offers a quiet escape for reading or reflection. The family cinema room is perfect for film lovers and sports enthusiasts, while the main hall features a sofa large enough for up to 20 guests. The elegant drawing room serves as a quiet, adult-only space for relaxation, and it opens into the large dining room, with a stunning table seating up to 20. The adjacent open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern features, including a breakfast bar area with a TV.
Leisure Suite
At the back of the ground floor is the impressive games room, featuring table tennis and air hockey for a bit of friendly competition, or a yoga space with lovely views over the garden. The leisure suite also includes a luxurious spa with hot tubs, a sauna, a studio gym, and a treatment room, offering the ultimate in relaxation and self-care.
Luxurious Bedrooms
The home boasts nine beautifully designed bedrooms spread across two floors. On the first floor, there are five large, peaceful bedrooms, while the second floor houses four additional bedrooms. Six en suites serve these rooms, with three bedrooms featuring spacious dressing areas. Two of the bedrooms are located in the tower, with dual-aspect views. The family bedroom, perfect for children, features bunk beds, and the top tower bedroom offers incredible views of the surrounding landscape.

The home also offers a stunning outdoor living space. The dining area, with its retractable wall-to-ceiling windows, extends to a patio and terrace that overlooks the sprawling gardens and offers uninterrupted views of the Menai Straits. The garden area provides an ideal setting for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Breath-taking Views
At the top of the house, the Tower Top Deck viewing platform is the perfect spot for enjoying a drink while soaking in the awe-inspiring views of the Menai Straits and the majestic mountains of Snowdonia National Park.
