House Rules – Cresta Pointe Retreat To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors, please review and follow the house rules below: Registration & Age Requirements The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. A valid government-issued ID is required. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Completion of the online guest registration and Vacation Rental Agreement is required before check-in details are released. Occupancy Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unapproved visitors or additional overnight guests. Pets Pets are allowed by prior approval only and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Additional daily pet fees apply per pet. Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges and possible termination of stay. Smoking Policy No smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees. Damages Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities during their stay. Any missing, damaged, or excessively soiled items may be charged to the guest after checkout. Use of Amenities The deck, grill, pool, dock, lake, and all property amenities are used at your own risk. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group while using these areas. Children must be supervised at all times near water, pool, and dock areas. General Policies Failure to follow house rules may result in fines, additional charges, or immediate termination of your stay without refund.
