We provide a Pack ’n Play with crib sheets and a sound machine for added convenience, along with pool and bath toys to keep kids entertained. You’ll also find kid-friendly dishware including plastic plates, bowls, cups, sippy cups, and utensils, plus a selection of books, games, and puzzles for family fun time together.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog (up to 60 lbs) for a $150 pet fee per stay, which helps cover additional cleaning. Any waste beyond normal shedding (including urine or feces) will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs may not be left unattended in the home, as barking can disturb neighbors. Please note: dogs are not allowed in the pool. Kindly let us know in advance if you’ll be traveling with a dog.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100–102°F, depending on outside temperatures. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you.
Pool Heater: The pool requires a significant amount of natural gas to heat, so use of the pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to arrival if requested. Our pool cleaner visits Tuesday and Friday mornings and accesses the yard through the side gate; they will come and go without disturbing your stay.
Desert Living: Like many Palm Springs homes, this property is located in the desert, where sand and dust are part of the natural environment. On windy days, some sand or leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, occasional debris is possible. A pool skimmer is provided for your convenience.
Bachelorette Parties: Thanks to the home’s layout and style, it’s a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In partnership with West Coast Bach, we offer optional services including balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly or tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services.     House Rules • Primary renter must be 25+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 10 guests), per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog • Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property.
