Inside, Dock Holiday offers a comfortable and inviting space with everything you need after a day on the lake. The fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals easy and includes all the cookware, dishes, and essentials you'll need, along with a gourmet coffee bar to start each morning. The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, each featuring a cozy queen-size bed. For added convenience, one bedroom includes a washer while another includes a dryer, allowing guests to do laundry during extended stays.
The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, vanity, and toilet with fresh towels provided for your stay.
With parking for approximately four to six vehicles, depending on size, there's plenty of room for multiple cars, trucks, and boat trailers. House Rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the duration of the stay. All guests must be registered and complete the rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. No pets are permitted. Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM out of respect for neighboring homes. We look forward to hosting you and helping you enjoy a relaxing lake getaway at Dock Holiday.
