The Social Hubs: An expansive open-concept interior and multiple outdoor gathering levels ensure your group can be "together" without feeling crowded.
The Retreats: Five bedrooms sleeping up to 12 - three king suites, one room with dual full beds, and a flexible twin room we'll convert to a king on request - give every guest a sanctuary of their own.
The View: Floor-to-ceiling windows and sprawling decks keep you connected to the water from the moment you wake up.

Year-Round Swim Spa: A heated, oversized swim spa/hot tub allows for starlit swims even in the heart of winter.
Spacruzzi Hot Tub Boat: A one-of-a-kind floating hot tub on the water - cruise out and soak on the lake itself, warm and ready in every season.
The Entertainment Suite: Hone your game in our golf simulator game, challenge the family on our retro arcade machine with 50,000+ American and international games, maintain your routine in the private gym, or host a movie night in the media spaces.
The Lakefront: A private dock with deep water access. During the season, ask us about our exclusive boating experiences to truly live like a local.
The Pontoon: The Spacruzzi hot tub boat is included with the house. The pontoon is a separate add on, and most guests tell us it is the best money they spent. A two day rental, which is our minimum, is $1,200, and additional days are $550 each. On a two night stay we can do a single day for $700. Those rates come in under the local Lake Oconee rental companies, and the boat is already tied up at our dock, so there is no marina pickup, no scheduling around someone else's hours, and no hauling gear. It comes with a towable tube and a floating lily pad.
Everything is set up for you so your time is spent enjoying the lake, not planning around it.

Bedroom 4 is set up as two twin beds by default perfect for kids or friends sharing a room. Prefer a king? Just let us know before arrival and we'll configure it for you at no charge.
