You’ll have full access to the entire home, upper and lower decks, backyard, and private dock during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Violations: A first violation will result in a warning. A second violation will result in the termination of your stay, with the loss of all rents paid, and any community fines incurred will be charged to you.
No Parties or Events
If you are found hosting a party, you will be asked to leave the property immediately, with no refund of rents paid, and any community fines will be your responsibility.
Guest Policy
Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
Non-Smoking Property
Smoking, including vape pens, marijuana, cigarettes, and other inhalation devices, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Smoking on property will incur a fee of $500.00 additional cleaning.
Violations of this rule are considered a breach of the rental agreement, and immediate damages will be charged, with potential early termination of the lease and loss of all rents paid.
Pet Policy
We welcome pets with the following guidelines to ensure the comfort of all guests and the care of the property:
Pet Fee: There is an additional daily pet cleaning fee of $50 per pet per night, which helps cover the cost of routine cleaning. This fee does not include any damages caused by the pet.
Pet Approval and Weight Limit: Only one pet up to 25 pounds is permitted, and prior approval is required.
Potty Trained Pets Only: Pets must be fully potty trained. Owners acknowledge and confirm this requirement before bringing their pet into the home.
Early check-in can be request on the morning of and if available a fee of $25 per hour is due. Lake checkout can be requested the night prior and considered on a case by case basis. An additional fee of $25 per hour is due.
